About the Role:
This exciting opportunity involves providing exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring clear and timely communication. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem-solver with strong leadership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, utilizing best tools for accurate and comprehensive information
- Moderate user-generated content to uphold company policies and standards
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities to maintain a secure online environment
- Accurately log interactions and resolutions for customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences
- Meet personal and team support goals
- Work effectively with internal and client teams
- Participate in training to ensure compliance with moderation policies
- Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed
Requirements:
- C2 level proficiency in German
- B2 level proficiency in English
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
