Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
This shift work position requires excellent communication skills, with proficiency in German and English. You will be responsible for processing incoming live chats from customers, venues, and couriers, providing both inbound and outbound support via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Process live chats from customers, venues, and couriers in shifts
- Develop the support function together with the support team and other teams within Wolt
- Provide inbound and outbound support via phone calls
- Proactively solve problems by monitoring order volume using internal tools
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in customer-oriented jobs and strong teamwork skills
- Quick grasp, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture
- Tech-savviness and interest in digital products
Estimated Salary
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 45,000 - 55,000 EUR per year, depending on location and experience.
