**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Service Coordinator (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für Österreich Bei uns übernehmen Sie die **Koordination und Planung der Wartungs
- und Serviceeinsätze.**

**Teilzeit: 27h / Woche**

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**
- Koordination und Planung der Wartungs
- und Serviceeinsätze, sowie Anlegen der Serviceaufträge im internen System
- Erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Fragen und 1st Level Support für Kunden
- Erstellen von Angeboten über Reparaturen, Wartung, Qualifizierungen und Kalibrierungen von Laborgeräten
- Abstimmung bzw. Beauftragung von Partnerfirmen
- Technische Kundenberatung und Verkauf von Servicedienstleistungen
- Planung und Einteilung der Service-Techniker
- Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen

**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Idealerweise eine technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL wie Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Installateur oder ähnlich) bzw. auch kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Kompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Hohe Eigenständigkeit in der Arbeitsweise sowie kunden
- und serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Führerschein B
