Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n Project Scientist, für unsere Unit Upstream Manufacturing Science Cell Culture. Sie haben Freude an der Leitung von Projekten und Interesse daran Prozesse in eine der modernsten Zellkuluranlagen Europas zu transferieren? **Aufgaben & Zuständigkeiten**:

- Fachliche und operative Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Upstream der Manufacturing Science Cell Culture (non-GMP)
- Selbständige Planung, Betreuung der Durchführung und Auswertung von Versuchsläufen im Maßstab von 3 L bis 80 L sowie vollständige Zusammenstellung und Dokumentation der Daten
- Fachliche Planung und Leitung von Prozesstransfers
- Übernahme organisatorischer Aufgaben innerhalb der Unit sowie fachliche Anleitung und Koordination der Mitarbeiter im Rahmen der Projekttätigkeit
- Ansprechpartner*in für interne und externe Kunden

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes, naturwissenschaftliches Diplom
- oder Masterstudium mit Fokus Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, Biochemie (o.ä.) sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung - Doktoratsstudium von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Fachwissen in der Produktion von Antikörpern und therapeutischen Proteinen mit Zellkulturen
- Kenntnisse in Versuchsplanung und Datenauswertung sowie eine selbstständige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Prozesstransfer und/oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
- Professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsverhalten im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden sowie Freude am Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Das Mindestgrundentgelt gemäß Einstufung nach Kollektivvertrag liegt für diese Position bei € 54.735,38 brutto pro Jahr (Vollzeit). Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an branchenüblichen Gehältern, Ihren individuellen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen.
