**About the Project**

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

**About the Role**

We are seeking a Human Resources Graduate to join our Pluto Train 2 Project, located in Karratha Western Australia on a Fly-In / Fly Out 3:1 roster.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive staff professional personnel files, queries, and information.
- Performs data entry into the staffing plan system known as SmartStaff, updating SAP, processing leave documents inline with the projects Rotational Leave Procedure.
- Assist with conducting the HR Induction to new hires.
- Enforce all policies and procedures.
- Assists in maintaining filing system for project files.
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Support staff and managers to achieve timely completion of end of year performance management reviews.
- Champion of the onsite Wellbeing Program.
- Other tasks as designated by the Human Resources Manager.

**About You**
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- Right to live and work in Australia without employer sponsorship.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated levels of initiative and engagement via positions of leadership in academic, sports and/or extracurricular activities.
