**About the job**

As a Group Strategy Expert at RHI Magnesita, you will have a key role in developing strategic initiatives and shaping the company's direction. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will closely collaborate to support and develop our group‘s strategy, from conception through presentation and discussion with the Executive Management Team (EMT). Your role extends beyond strategy formulation; you'll also work with various functions / departments to develop strategies, offering coaching and content development support. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing RHI Magnesita’s operational and strategic performance, providing invaluable insights that maintain our competitive edge and drive us toward strategic objectives.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Assisting the Head of Strategy in preparing the annual strategy presentation for alignment with the EMT and ultimately for the Board of Directors
- Analyzing strategic issues and deriving actionable business implications to drive decision-making
- Providing ad hoc analysis for various business areas and topics to support informed decision-making
- Collaborating with Global Product Strategy Heads to develop comprehensive product strategies

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A higher education ideally in a technical, commercial, or similar area
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex business issues
- Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentation purposes tailored for an executive-level audience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with executives and stakeholders

**Languages**
- English - Fluent
- German - Advanced - will be considered an asset
- Any other language will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of experience, preferably in marketing, or business development, with a particular focus on strategy

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 100,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
