**Group Cards Expert (f/m/x)**:**
Location**: Vienna
**Contract**: full-time

**Your tasks**:

- As Group Cards Expert, you take part in implementing a business strategy for cards products on Group-level and support local entities with the strategy implementation including managing the card portfolio and cross-selling
- You manage cards projects and support product managers with their roll-out
- You are the owner of Group cards contracts and cooperate with external and internal partners across the organization while ensuring a functional card business across the Group
- You define and establish a system of monitoring and tracking the performance of products in cooperation with other business units
- The monitoring of clients' needs, market trends and competitors as well as the life cycle of card products, their development and realization falls under your responsibility
- You participate in defining and executing action plans aimed to increase the market share and the realization of planned figures of Addiko’s cards business
- You liaise with relevant stakeholders within the segment of card products of other business areas
- You support with defining, developing, and implementing alternative card sales channels on the local markets in cooperation with Group Sales
**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree in business administration or related areas
- You have at least 4 years experience in similar positions within the financial industry
- Excellent command of English, both in spoken and in written, CSEE language is a plus
- Analytical skills and very high sense of responsibility
- Committed team player with service orientation, proactivity, and accuracy
