The Coordinator¿s role is to ensure that Toplabz GmbH adheres to all governmental regulations and laws to avoid risks that may result in fines and penalties to the organization.Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- To coordinate Inbound and Outbound processes;* To facilitate the receiving of the Union and the Non-Union goods, placing Non-Union goods under customs regimes, export of Union Goods and re]export of Non-Union goods and importation of products if required.* To satisfy and ensure the organization¿s compliance with the European Customs & other government agency requirements.* To monitor timeliness and accuracy of customs entries and releases.* To process and resolve customs clearance related inquiries from customs brokers and internal business partners to ensure supply chain continuity.* To manage customs brokers and perform audits against customs reports, broker data, vendor and shipper invoices, and import/export documentation.* To negotiate freight and related contracts for ground, air, and see shipments. Ensures overall inbound and outbound freight costs are controlled and minimized.* To control shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet production schedules and /or customer requirements.* To establish and maintain operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of parts and components, and keeping accurate warehouse inventory records.* To determine work procedure, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow; issues written and oral instructions.* To insure accurate, timely receipt and delivery of materials and/or finished goods to internal and external customers.* To manage the maintenance and accuracy of the inventory control system.* To photograph, weigh, label incoming items and verify quantities against purchase orders; to process receipts into the computer.based company system of record.* To conduct periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock and company assets as required; to adjust inventory counts in property records as needed to maintain 100% accountability and accuracy.* Stay up to.date with customs and other government agencies¿ regulations (through attending local seminars and reviewing trade publications)SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* None Requirements:
