Position: Channel Sales Development Executive
Position Purpose
The purpose of the Sales Development Executive (SDE) organization is to impact the Channel Cloud revenue by generating trough an incremental world class cloud sales pipeline turning into closed business.
Summary
- Overall, your role as the Channel SDE is to inspire, drive and coach partners to deliver world class cloud pipeline. Your business success will be measured on the value of won partner sourced business and the volume of incremental partner pipeline generated.
- You will be part of CEE SDE organization which has very strong track record, and you will be seeking for optimizing partner collaboration and execution in order to bring the team to the next level.
- To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about leading and guiding our partners to be set for success.
The Key Pillars of this role are:
1. Campaign Execution & Lead Management
- Align with country Channel Manager for most effective partner planning and execution of pipeline activities
- Regularly review lead pipeline and progression with partners
2. Opportunity and Lead Nurturing
- Support partners to follow up on aging/stagnant leads and help to identify opportunities to re-energize back into an active sales cycles
- Drive ongoing nurturing of indirect /partner opportunities expected to enter active sales cycles in 6-12 months out as agreed with management
- Pass qualified partner opportunities to local account executives next sales stage execution
3. Collaborative Mindset
- You will work in a wide and varied internal and external ecosystem and you will have a naturally proactive, collaborative, and communicative mindset towards important stakeholders such as Demand Manager, Midmarket Sales Manager, Partner Channel Sales, Marketing, Presales and Sales Executives
- Working with your colleagues in the CEE SDE team you will actively contribute to unlock new business potential cross country and cross segment
Required Skills and Experience:
- Track record of success in Demand Generation
- Ideally, people management experience. In absence of that, evidence of coaching others and demonstrating a strong motivation to step-up into a management role
- Consistent proven track record of achievement of quota expectations
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to adapt to ambiguous situations and lead by example
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions autonomously
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in English

Location
Position will be based in Prague or Warsaw
Experience & Educational Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment preferably TeleMarketing experience, specifically high volume phone-centric work
High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
Business level English: yes
Business level local languages: Czech, Polish
