**Personal Assistant (PA) in Product Management**

Students of business administration, economics, or marketing: Peek behind the scenes of product management at a worldwide iPad accessory brand.

The pay range is €20-€27/h (up to 20 hours of work per week) to do market and customer research, handle packaging and postage, and assist me, Lukas, in my every day product management tasks.

**Why we need you**

Six years ago, founder and CEO Jan Sapper developed a screen protector that makes your iPad feel like paper when used with the Apple Pencil. It quickly became a hit among digital artists and notetakers.

Since then, we’ve launched a diverse range of accessories designed to enhance productivity and comfort while working with the iPad. Our products are sold worldwide through Shopify, Amazon, and various retail outlets. We’ve also built a team of around 30 amazing people from all over the world and a brand that is well-respected in our community.

**As our product line continues to expand, managing it effectively has become more challenging.**

**That's where you come in**

**I need a Personal Assistant (PA) to support me in a variety of product management tasks, which will allow for a more streamlined product workflow.**

**What you’ll do**

You’ll support me with my tasks as a Product Manager. This includes:

- **Product research.** Conduct online research and communicate with experts to gather information about potential new products.
- **Customer research.** Gain insights into our customers by creating and sending surveys, analyzing data, and conducting individual customer interviews.
- **Package handling.** Take care of product samples coming in and going out of the office.
- **Administration.** Assist with various administrative tasks, including working on spreadsheets, organizing documents, and managing tasks in Notion.

**This role is for you if you**
- Want to get hands-on product management experience.
- Can spend at least one day (preferably two) per week in my office in Graz.
- Know how to use survey software (Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
- Are fluent in English.
- Are familiar with Apple products.

**Bonus points if you**
- Can spend two days per week in my office in Graz.
- Are familiar with Notion.
- Are fluent in German.
- Know how to use macOS. (You’ll receive a Paperlike-owned MacBook for work.)

**Time, money & perks**
- This is a freelance position.
- We offer up to 20 hours of work per week.
- You’ll have flexible hours, but you’ll need to work at least three days each week.
- We pay €20-€27 per hour.
- You get a MacBook Air M1 during your time at Paperlike.
- You get unlimited Paperlike products for personal use.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: 20.00€ - 27.00€ per hour
