Aufgrund unseres Wachstums strukturieren wir unser X-Team neu und suchen für unseren CEO und Founder Jürgen Pichler eine/n Personal Assistant welche/r gleichzeitig als Head unser großartiges Backoffice leitet.

**Über den Job**:
Rolling Pin ist eines der erfolgreichsten und innovativsten Medienunternehmen für die Gastronomie und Hotellerie Europas.

Wir inspirieren mit unserem Kult-Magazin und Onlineportal, unserer Jobplattform sowie unseren Social Media Channels und einzigartigen Rolling Pin.Conventions hunderttausende Köche, Gastronomen, Hoteliers, Sommeliers, Barkeeper in ganz Europa.

**DEINE AUFGABEN SIND VERANTWORTUNGSVOLL UND ABWECHSLUNGSREICH ZUGLEICH**:
Bist Du ein Organisationstalent mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und es gewohnt sowohl proaktiv als auch lösungsorientiert zu arbeiten?

In dieser Rolle agierst Du als Head sowie zentrale Drehscheibe im Office Management und unterstützt unseren CEO in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen.

Du wirst wichtige Backoffice-Agenden wie unser Auftragsmanagement eigenständig verantworten und mit Deinen Führungsqualitäten dafür sorgen, dass Dein 4-köpfiges Team optimal performen kann und unsere Kunden und Gäste immer mit einem glücklichen Lächeln an uns denken.

Wir suchen jemanden, der/die nicht nur einen Job, sondern SEIN/ IHR BABY SUCHT Jemanden, der/ die über den Horizont hinausdenkt und sich laufend mit Ideen einbringt, damit unsere Abläufe noch besser und wir noch erfolgreicher werden können.

**DEINE SKILLS**:

- Du verfügst über eine gewinnende und sympathische Hands-on Persönlichkeit mit hoher Service
- und Kundenorientierung.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in dieser oder einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Du kannst Menschen für Dich begeistern und durch Vorbildwirkung führen sowie zu Höchstleistungen motivieren.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine pro-aktive, genaue, selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie einem außerordentlich hohen Maß an Engagement, Stressresistenz, Flexibilität, Loyalität und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen aus.
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
- Du möchtest Dich und Deine Ideen voll einbringen und aus diesem Job „Dein Baby“ machen sowie Rolling Pin aktiv mitgestalten.

Je nach Erfahrungshintergrund startet das Bruttomonatsgehalt bei rund EUR 3.000;
- (auf 40h Vollzeitbasis). Bei entsprechender Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung sehr gerne möglich.
