DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Du bietest aktive Unterstützung für die Betriebsleitung im operativen Geschäft und bist Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Teamleiter
- Du leitest verantwortlich die operativen Schichten im Restaurant und unterstützt bei der Teamführung und -planung
- Du lernst neue Teammitglieder an und schulst deine Mitarbeiter*innen in aktuellen Belangen und Aktionen
- Du stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf des Restaurants und die Einhaltung der Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards sicher
- **DU ROCKST** mit deiner Betriebsleitung und deinem Peter Pane - Team das Tagesgeschäft und packst auch mal mit an
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotelfach oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung als stellvertretende Restaurantbetriebsleitung oder Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition
- Echte Gastgeberpersönlichkeit
- Du bist ein dynamischer Profi mit Charme und Charisma, der stets einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt
