BILLA Central and Eastern Europe is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.

**IHRE AUFGABEN - VIELSEITIG WIE DER HANDEL**:

- Development and implementation of a private label/store brand strategy in cooperation with the Product Manager in the assigned category according to the overall strategic focus
- Identifying trends and novelties, e.g. by visiting fairs in the country and abroad
- Quality control and sell-out control of articles to be (re-)listed
- Continuous analysis of customer needs (in cooperation with the Specialists), of markets and suppliers in order to develop a basis for decisions on an optimum procurement strategy
- Conducting analyses and optimisations of assortment and prices
- Sell-out planning
- Being a contact person/communicational interface and supporting in problems of stores and warehouse/stocks for the assigned commodity groups
- Building, maintaining and further developing of contacts to suppliers as well as leading goal-oriented negotiations and preparing/concluding numerous contracts
- Developing a supplier-strategy, including negotiations on contracts and conditions
- Intensive, regular contact with internal and external contact partners in order to identify developments and react adequately (Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Space Management)

**IHR PROFIL - STARK WIE UNSERE MARKEN**:

- Commercial education; ideally university degree in economics or business
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Category Management in retail
- Good IT-skills (MS-Office, knowledge of goods management systems and databases)
- Basic German or English skills
- High analytical and organisational skills as well as a diligent and accurate way of working
- Assertiveness, negotiating power, the ability to solve problems and conflicts
- Strong social and communicational skills
