We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager (M/F/d) to join our passionate team of consultants, researchers, marketers, and product managers in Vienna, Austria. At Semantic Web Company (SWC) you’ll work alongside great people with a wide variety of backgrounds and talents.

**About the Role**

The Strategic Partnership Manager has the responsibility to identify potential new strategic Partners, qualify them and lead them through all the stages of the acquisition funnel using a consultative approach. These would specifically be Consulting, Integration and Technology type Partners to expand our ecosystem. Once onboard, this role has the responsibility to develop, nurture and grow the Partners’ ability to sell and promote our PoolParty software solution with their clients. All the while seeking ways to improve the process of engagement with Partners and collaborating with the rest of our team around Partner deal creation and management.

**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Understand the best way to expand our software sales via Partners and identifying new Partners that can deliver on this goal
- Take the lead in qualifying these potential Partners and rapidly come to a decision around the suitability of Partners based on well-defined criteria. Then lead them through all the stages of the acquisition funnel, including contracting
- Partner-management of existing partners with the aim to develop relationships with them and collaborating for their ongoing improvement
- Finding ways to grow the business via Partners, by gaining a deep understanding of partners’ ecosystems and business models to successfully determine important key factors for a highly valuable partnership
- Leads the discussions in Partner meetings to obtain the desired outcomes
- Is the main point of contact with Partners and orchestrates elements of Semantic Web Company that can help achieve the joint goals, i.e. marketing and product development
- Provide input to improve business processes, specifically influence product development and commercialization to establish PoolParty as the leading Semantic Middleware for Strategic Partners
- Knows all aspects of Partner Management and can do this from a strategic perspective
- A good understanding of our technology domain, software and AI
- Makes good decisions to further the growth of strong Partnerships
- Is confident and has the energy to direct the activities required for the role by having great networking and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work unassisted and also as part of the Partner Success Team
- Can conduct research and prospecting for the outbound acquisition of partner prospects and knows how to approach and attract the attention of potential partners

**Other qualifications and experiences (nice to have)**:

- Business proficiency in English, German is a plus
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, IT or related field
- 3+ years experience in channel sales or business development, ideally related to software / SaaS products and Reseller solutions
