Unser Mandant ist ein zuverlässiger Partner für die Realisierung komplexer Projekte in Planung und Anlagenbau für den Bereich Energietechnik. Mit über 2.500 Mitarbeitern ist unser Kunde derzeit in 8 Ländern vertreten. Für den weiteren Ausbau der Geschäftstätigkeiten suchen wir für die Leitung der Standorte in Österreich eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit Erfahrung im Anlagenbau bzw. in der Energietechnik.

Aufgaben
- Führung und Gesamtverantwortung der Standorte in Österreich
- Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Projektleitung
- Auf
- und Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs Umspannwerke
- Federführend bei allen relevanten Vertriebsprojekten und Geschäftsentwicklungen
- Erste Ansprechperson für die erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung und das Projektcontrolling
- Federführend bei allen relevanten Vertriebsprojekten mit diversen Netzbetreibern
- Koordination von Projekten, Umsatz
- und Budgetverantwortung sowie Personalführung
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs und zukunftsorientierte Umsetzung am Markt

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium, elektrotechnische Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung wird vorausgesetzt
- Sie haben bereits erfolgreich Mitarbeiter direkt, indirekt und/oder als Projektleiter geführt
- Sie haben bereits einen Standort oder eine Niederlassung im Bereich Energietechnik bzw. im Anlagenbau vollumfänglich verantwortet
- Hohe Expertise in der Steuerung und Koordination von Großprojekten
- Analytische Denkweise & Unternehmer-Mindset
- Erfahrung im Bereich Mittel
- bzw. Hochspannung ist ein Benefit
- Affinität zu Vertrieb und Geschäftsentwicklung

**Benefits**:
