**_Assistant Travel Coordinator (m/w, Teilzeit)_**

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung der Büroleitung und des Operations
- Teams in administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden und touristischen Leistungsträgern
- Vor
- und Nachkalkulation von touristischen Angeboten
- Erstellen von Reisedokumenten
- Unterstützung bei der operativen Umsetzung von Aufträgen
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Reiseprogrammen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Voraussetzung sind perfekte Deutschkenntnisse (fließend) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Tourismus Branche (wünschenswert) und haben Interesse am Thema Reisen
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und sind teamfähig und flexibel
- Sie stehen gerne mit Kunden in Kontakt und können sich mündlich und schriftlich sicher und sympathisch ausdrücken
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

**Wir bieten**:

- Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, kollegialen Team im Ausmaß von ca. 20 Stunden pro Woche mit einer Entlohnung von mindestens € 12,00 netto/Stunde.

Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung können Arbeitszeit und Entlohnung noch angepasst werden.
