**Executive Assistant to the Retail Board Member**:

- In this role you will be handling all secretarial and assistant responsibilities, while providing discreet support to the Board and looking for new ways how to improve the service level. Further to this you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing customer meetings and appointments as well as business trips of the RBI Board Member. To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for planning and organising as this is crucial for making things happen and push forward.
- In your daily routine, you will play an active role of a communicator between Board Members, Division Heads, Department Heads and external parties (RBI network banks and subsidiaries). For this reason, we are seeking a proactive and dynamic person with great communication skills who can convey their message thoroughly and is receptive and responsive to other’s input. Our new team member should enjoy working in an international and fast-paced environment and may not mind working under pressure.**What you bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of experience with assisting senior management/board members
- Experience with various administrative (web) tools (e.g., SharePoint, cloud technology)
- High degree of service orientation and self-organization
- High level of confidentiality, diligence, and attention to detail
- Great communication and people skills (coaching skills will be highly appreciated)
- Team player with proactive and positive mindset
- Interest in banking and IT industry will be a plus
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
