**Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge**:
**We are seeking a technically inclined, self-motivated, and diligent RnD Operator for our newest and not yet released Tool in the Research & Development department. If you thrive on the challenge of working on complex technical equipment and ensuring its optimal operation, this opportunity is for you.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Independently execute and document experiments and new processes.
- Continuously optimize electron optics based on experimental data.
- Assist in acceptance testing of new software and hardware components for multi-beam lithography equipment.
- Support service activities on the device.
- Aid in planning personnel to ensure smooth tool operation.

**Your Qualifications**:

- University degree (Bachelor-degree) in a relevant field (e.g., physics, electrical engineering, process engineering)
- Knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics, measurement technology, and mechanics
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of Linux (advantageous)
- Experience working in cleanroom environments (advantageous)
- Careful, precise, and structured approach to work with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of varied work and a passion for solving challenging problems
- Independent and self-motivated work style
