As a Sales Enablement Manager,
** **reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will work with the product marketing team and the sales organization to increase team performance.
You will be the go-to partner for our sales team to acquire the necessary levels of product knowledge complemented with skills on driving customer conversations appropriately. You serve as a learning companion, and as a coach to sellers on topics around skill building.

**Your responsibilities**:
- You identify and prioritize the key challenges and gaps within our sales organization.
- You drive the concept and execution of the various onboarding and long-boarding initiatives and programs.
- You define, create, and communicate relevant content and learning assets to meet the needs of the sales organization to build skills and change behaviors to have tangible business impact.
- You support sales leaders in their mentorship / coaching efforts of their sales teams.
- Building and leading sales enablement events is part of your tasks as well.
- You contribute to the build and maturity of our global enablement function.
- You evaluate, roll-out, and support enablement which leads to higher productivity of our sales team.
- You drive foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including training content creation, delivery of on-demand courseware, and instructor-led sales training.
- You gather best practices from top performers, develop and institute training materials and programs based on those best practices.
- You enable the sales team to use content, assets, and materials that are externally facing to facilitate the sales process.
- You design and track metrics to measure enablement programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, continuously improving the knowledge transfer.
**Your profile**:
- You have experience within sales, sales leadership, business development and/or enablement in large technological organizations, ideally of software products.
- You have a deep understanding of the sales craft, culture, and leadership. It is a plus if you have worked in a sales role.
- You have experience in creating and managing learning programs and experiences.
- You have strong presentation and communications skills (effective at leading and facilitating meetings and workshops, excellent listening ability).
- You have a passion for creating digital learning experiences and communicating their value.
- You are passionate and proactive, you can work independently and as part of a team.
- You have a Love of training - always wanting to see people and teams growing and learning.
- You have the proven ability to drive collaborative approaches across geographic and team structures.
- You are a strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans
- Experience of sales methodologies and platforms.
- You have the ability to deliver in person and virtual enablement events directly to the field.
- You are fluent in English.
