Das Raum
- und Ressourcenmanagement ist für die Versorgung, Instandhaltung und Sicherheit der rund 70 Standorte der Universität Wien mit einer Gebäudefläche von rund 520.000 m² zuständig. In der Beschaffung des Raum
- und Ressourcenmanagements werden alle Vergabeverfahren gemäß Bundesvergabegesetz für den gesamten Universitätsbereich abgewickelt. Zur Unterstützung unseres engagierten Beschaffungsteams suchen wir ehestmöglich eine*n Expert*in öffentliche Vergabe/Beschaffung im Stundenausmaß von 30h/Woche. Befristet auf 1 Jahr mit der Option auf ein unbefristetes Dienstverhältnis. Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: VwGr. IIIb; Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.**Dauer der Befristung**: 1 Jahr/e**Beschäftigungsausmaß**: 30 Stunden/Woche.
- Einstufung gemäß Kollektivvertrag: -54 VwGr. IIIb
- Darüber hinaus können anrechenbare Berufserfahrungen die Einstufung und damit das Entgelt bestimmen.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Expert*in in der öffentlichen Vergabe/Beschaffung sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Selbstständige Auswahl, Koordination und Abwicklung von Ausschreibungen nach dem BVergG 2018 bzw. BVergGKonz 2018 (Schwerpunkt Liefer
- und Dienstleistungsaufträge) von der Beratung über die Veröffentlichung, Zusammenstellung sowie Prüfung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen, (formelle) Prüfung der Bieter*innen bis hin zur Auftragsvergabe und Verfahrensdokumentation
- Vergaberechtliche Beratung und Information der Organisationseinheiten
- Zusammenstellung, Aufbereitung und Aktualisierung von Musterausschreibungsunterlagen je Verfahrensart
- User*in des elektronischen Beschaffungsportals der Universität Wien
- Statistische Meldungen und Reportings gemäß BVergG inkl. OGD-Reporting
- Erstellung von Bestellformularen und Auftragsschreiben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Schul
- oder Hochschulausbildung (mind. Maturaniveau)
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des Vergaberechts
- Facheinschlägige Ausbildung(en) im Bereich der öffentlichen Vergabe
- mehrjährige (mindestens 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich der öffentlichen Beschaffung mit Liefer-, Dienst
- oder Bauleistungen
- Erfahrungen mit dem elektronischen Ausschreibungsportal vemap von Vorteil
- Überdurchschnittliche Genauigkeit und Verlässlichkeit sowie Verschwiegenheit
- Verantwortungsbewusstes, selbstständiges Handeln und lösungsorientierte Arbeits
- und Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
