- Manage complex IT projects and perform business analysis in the context of energy trading and production with focus of Swiss hydro plant optimization and short term power trading
- Get the “big picture” including end to end understanding of the processes and propose pragmatic steps towards acceleration, automation and digitalization
- Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines of projects and chair steering committees
- Support the strategic development of the IT solutions in this domain in close collaboration with the business stakeholders and IT team members
- Manage software vendors (offers, contracts, quality controls)

**Ihr Hintergrund**
- You have at least 3-5 years of work experience as a project manager and/or business analyst
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering, economics or equivalent
- You have working experience in the energy sector, trading and/or change/transformation process
- You are a team player with strong communication skills
- You are a quick learner with analytical thinking
- You are fluent in German and English
