Deine Aufgaben
- Erste/r AnsprechpartnerIn für Mitarbeiteranfragen
- Du stehst Führungskräften, beratend und unterstützend in allen HR relevanten Themen zur Seite
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung, erarbeitest Standards und optimierst Prozesse
- Verantwortung für Rechtsfragen in Hinsicht auf das Arbeits
- und Sozialrecht
- Stellvertretung des Area Director of Human Resources
- Austellung diverser Dokumente
- Selbständige Handhabung aller Prozesse bei Ein
- und Austritten
- Pflege der abteilungsrelevanten Datenbanken und Systeme
- Erledigung und Nachverfolgung aller interner, personalbezogener Abläufe
- Erstellung von diversen Reports
- Planung und Durchführung sämtlicher interner Veranstaltungen (General Staff Meetings, Mitarbeiterfeiern, etc.)

- Erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Belastbarkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit, hoher Grad an Organisationsgeschick und pro-aktive sowie akkurate Arbeitsweise
