QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant secondary education - Relevant university education preferred.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealer / integrator channel account management sales role, preferably in the Prof. AV market- Channel Account Management experience: Sales performance, marketing plans, relationship management & business planning.- Proven track record of delivering sustained incremental sales and profit for a sales organization- Ability to develop resilient end user and partner relationships at senior management level- Experience in consultative / solutions selling (work with end customer and partners in all opportunity phases)- Language Qualifications: German, ability to work within a European team where English is the corporate language.

JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage the selected key system integrators & dealers throughout Austria- Identify, develop, manage and deliver opportunities- Achieve the budgeted net sales and profit within the targeted Channel Account Base.- Support the Voice of Customer feedback process to ensure continuous development of the business proposition

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:
Business Planning, Strategy & Execution- Ensure the Strategy & European Commercial Conditions are communicated and implemente within the Managed channel accounts- Achieve budgeted net sales and profit for the Managed channel Accounts- Develop and execute quarterly account plan/opportunity plan with each Managed channel account to ensure clear actions are agreed to achieve set targets.- Monthly submit and review a 3 month rolling financial forecast by Managed channel account (at- Product category level)- Provide customer feedback into the organisation in an organised manner

Customer Management:
- Own, build & manage the relationship between Sony (all stakeholders) and managed channel account and build effective relationship/network at all levels within the customer/channel/partners organization to achieve high level of intelligence and planning- Negotiate yearly contractual and commercial terms & conditions-
- Organise time and tasks to optimise number of visits to customer/channel/partners.- Understand and keep updated with the relevant Sony product/solutions offerings.
- Additional:_- Willingness to travel for 2-4 days per week
