Zumtobel Group are currently recruiting for a HR Director Global Sales to lead the global HR sales organisation. Your role reports into the Senior Vice President of Global HR and you will provide strong leadership, direction and management of the HR activities across all sales regions with a headcount of +1000 commercial employees. This role will ideally be based in Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin, Vienna or Milan. This is an exciting time to be joining the Zumtobel Group as we look to strengthen our position as a global leader of lighting and lighting technology.

**Your remit will include but not limited to**:

- Together with your team you are responsible for the whole employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding focusing on key topics such as talent management
- Lead, develop and inspire the global team of professional HR Business Partners
- Act as business partner to the global senior sales management and enable sales leaders in all people processes
- Understand business strategies and support the organization in achieving business targets
- Drive digitalisation and develop reporting procedures to measure results of HR related processes (KPIs)
- Adapt to the dynamic business environment, positively support continuous transformation processes and act as solution provider
- Challenge the status quo, design, lead and implement global HR projects and initiatives that are responsive to the needs of the business
- Take an active role in the HR leadership team and contribute in shaping the future of HR in the Zumtobel Group

**Ihr Profil**

You are a full HR professional (+10 years) with the relevant management experience in an international sales environment. You are inspiring as a leader with a positive attitude that helps you to continuously grow yourself and people around you in order to achieve excellent results.

**In addition you should have the following attributes**:

- You have a degree in business administration, law or a comparable field
- Your ability to understand different business models allows you to be recognized as excellent business partner
- You have solid written and spoken English skills, further languages are an asset
- You always operate at eye level, acting with integrity in a trusting and solution-orientated manner
- You have the ability to challenge the HR environment with new ideas, act in a future-oriented way, have the courage to say “no” and make sensible decisions
- The yearly gross salary starts at EUR 95.000;
