We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales - we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This will give you exciting insights into other departments of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are "born global" and work with customers and sales partners all over the world.

Tasks
You’ll be supporting our sales team, helping to get our cutting-edge solutions in front of the right people. This role involves assisting with demos, preparing sales materials, and understanding customer needs to deliver tailored solutions. If you’re eager to learn and grow in a tech-driven environment, you'll fit right in here.

- Assist in preparing for meetings and demos, ensuring our sales presentations hit the mark.
- Address customer questions and technical challenges with style and precision.
- Customize our demos to make sure they resonate with each customer.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance our products.
- Keep up with industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Participate in ongoing training to hone your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**:
What do you need to bring?
- You are a recent graduate or currently studying something related to Business, Marketing, IT, or similar.
- Have a knack for technology and can explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Be proactive, enthusiastic, and open to tackling a variety of tasks.
- Organized like a pro, quick understanding, and always with a smile on your lips.
- A doer through and through - with your heart in the right place and your head full of ideas.
- You speak and write in a way that everyone gets it - in both German and English.
- Have some familiarity with industry tools (CRM, ERP—any platform experience is a bonus, but not required).
