Wir sind ein motoviertes Team von 6 Kampagnen Manager:innen und für die gesamte Omni-Channel CRM Kampagne verantwortlich. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit.

**Deine Tasks**:

- Strategische Konzeption, Umsetzung, Monitoring und Optimierung von datengetriebenen, kanalübergreifenden CRM Kampagnen für Erste Bank und Sparkassen
- Visualisierung und Aufbereiten von Kampagnen Journeys und Ergebnissen als Präsentationen (Power Point, Visio) sowie Präsentation dieser in diversen Gremien
- Enge Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern (Produktstellen, Marketing, Digital Sales, Vertrieb, Sparkassen Vertreter:innen)
- Projektmitarbeit und Projektmanagement bei abteilungs
- bzw. bereichsübergreifenden Projekten als CRM Expert:in

**Dein Background**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung) sowie mindestens 5 Jahre für die Position relevante Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gutes Zeit
- und Stakeholdermanagement
- Sicheres Auftreten und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Kooperations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
