**Professional IRB Coordination Manager (f/m/x)**:

Group IRB Coordination department is part of the division Group Risk Controlling. We are the central hub for the communication with banking supervisors regarding IRB (Retail as well as Non-Retail credit risk) and IMA (market risk) models. In this function the communication process with the group supervisor ECB (JST, FMA/OeNB) and all local supervisors in CEE (National Competent Authorities) is actively managed.

- **Your role at RBI**:

- You establish reliable relationships with relevant stakeholders from various departments and Network units in order to discuss and explain IRB requirements and, if necessary, to defend RBI’s strategy
- You manage and report of group-wide Model Risk Inventory and contribute to the Model Risk Management Framework
- You provide Basel III (final) / CRR3 expertise on credit risk topics and legal interpretations of EU Directives, guidelines and local legislations regarding credit and market risk topics
- You assess the impact of regulatory changes / request on RBI assets, processes and methods
- You are tracking IRB, IMA and other internal models condition statuses and regularly report to management

***Your core competencies**:

- You have few years of experience in credit risk rating/ scoring models or in risk management, legal or audit
- You have a good knowledge of banking regulation (Basel III / CRR3 and EBA Guidelines)
- You are experienced in optimizing communication for immediate regulatory attention is an advantage
- You have a drive for change and delivery
- Your English skills are excellent - especially for communication with regulator
