**Job Description**:
**Back-office Responsibilities**:

- Validate accuracy of external financing and derivatives bookings.
- Manage documentation and accounting for group loans and internal settlements.
- Generate reports on liquidity status and treasury transactions.
- Assist in maintaining various system interfaces (Dynamics NAV, Treasury System, payment systems).
- Update data within the treasury and payment transaction systems.

**Additional Tasks and Projects**:

- Contribute to company-wide liquidity planning, monitoring, and control efforts.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of treasury systems.
- Aid in evaluating and enhancing treasury processes and reporting.
- Oversee treasury controlling including bank settlements and analysis.
- Collaborate on international cash management projects.
- Supervise alternative payment methods like credit card transactions

**Qualifications**:
**We are looking for someone who**:

- University degree with a focus on finance or HAK degree complemented by relevant practical experience.
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the areas of treasury, accounting or controlling
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and interest in international business processes
- Able to work under pressure, communicative team player with the willingness to handle assigned tasks independently
- Very good English, German and any other language an advantage
