Wir suchen dich am Standort **Bergheim **als **Assistenz Operations Manager EMEA (m/w/d)**

**Aufgabenbereiche**:
**PACKEN WIR’S AN - DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du organisierst und koordinierst Events, Workshops und Termine
- Die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von deutsch
- oder englischsprachigen Präsentationen und Dokumentationen gehören zu deinen regelmäßigen Aufgaben
- Bei der Ausarbeitung und Aufbereitung von Statistiken, Daten und Unterlagen fühlst du dich zu Hause
- Interne und externe Recherchen zählen zu deinem daily-business
- Du unterstützt bei unterschiedlichsten Projekten wo du nur kannst
- Zu guter Letzt bist du ein Allround-Organisationstalent und hast alle administrativen Tätigkeiten im Griff (Reiseplanung und -abrechnung, Ablageorganisation, Korrespondenz, uam.)

**Qualifikationen**:
**DAUMEN HOCH - DAS IST DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura, oä)
- Dein hoher Grad an Organisationsfähigkeit zeichnet dich aus
- Eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Darüber hinaus verfügst du über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B2)
- Du bist loyal und zuverlässig
- Diskretion ist eine Grundvoraussetzung für dich in dieser Position
- Deine empathische, proaktive und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit hebt dich von anderen ab
- Du hast Freude am teamorientierten Arbeiten
- Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung sind für dich kein Fremdwort
