**What to expect from this role**:
- Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with the Tset’s goals and vision;
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to drive business growth;
- Build up, lead and develop sales team;
- Establish sales targets, OKRs, and performance metrics, and drive sales team to achieve these;
- Drive ARR growth through new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling opportunities with existing clients;
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to align strategies and optimize the sales funnel;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners;
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance, market opportunities, and potential risks;
- Lead and develop sales and account management teams.
**What you should bring**:
- University degree in business, technology or similar;
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role in b2b SaaS;
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills and experience in steering and growing the team;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Business savviness and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude;
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;
- Being based in Vienna;
- Fluency in English and German.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents’ skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 61,000 gross per year for the above-mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
