Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented approach and a hands-on attitude, balancing big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to project details. They will be responsible for:
- Assisting the VP of Finance in operational tasks, collaborating with various Functional Departments such as Magna IT, HR, Finance, and Magna Groups and Divisions.
- Preparing management presentations in English, tailored for executive audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Management- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitoring and tracking project milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards to provide the VP of Finance and executive stakeholders with up-to-date insights on project progress and outcomes.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless program execution.
This role requires:
Required Skills and Qualifications- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance functions of large corporates or relevant experience in the consulting sector.
- Solid understanding of project management approaches, with experience working on cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Asana, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams).
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
