- Be highly motivated and goal oriented with a successful track record in sales.
- Be proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
- Preferred- Qualifications- Have completed higher education in the field of IT, business, sales or similar professional experience.
- Be experienced in working in an international group of companies.
- Have a self-determined, independent, and precise working style.
- Have additional knowledge about ISO, GDPR and financial services, would be advantageous.
- Possess an existing client base would be a bonus.
- About- this- positionYour role as Business Development Account Manager will involve engaging potential customers in high-level discussions about technologies, architecture, processes, and security. In addition to identifying customers’ needs and pain points, you help customers perform successful evaluations and implement proof-of-concepts. You will be responsible for driving Web3, Blockchain and Cybersecurity initiatives and partnering alongside with the engineering teams to build and deliver innovative solutions.

An essential part of your job will be to provide key account counseling to customers, allowing you to gain a thorough understanding of their business requirements and to create tailored solutions.

As Business Development Account Manager, you report directly to C-Level and work in close exchange with the teams in Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia and remote workers of more than 15 different nationalities.
- Responsibilities- Engage potential customers in high-level discussions about technologies, architecture, processes, and security.
- Create customized concepts and presentations for customers to help them understand the value of the products and services being offered.
- Help customers perform successful evaluations and proof-of-concepts.
- Provide key account counselling to customers to gain a thorough understanding of their business requirements and create tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Listen actively, ask the right questions, and understand each customer’s big picture.
- Track presales processes and your own tasks within a CRM system.
