**Office Assistant (M/F/d)**:
Full-time / Onsite / Leoben

HOT Engineering GmbH, a member of the HOT Energy Group, is a leading reservoir consultancy and training and knowledge transfer organisation committed to delivering services reflecting the latest thinking, development, and technologies in the industry, with headquarters in Leoben/Austria and branch offices in Vienna/Austria, Germany, Libya and the UAE.

We are looking for a **highly motivated, dynamic, and self-organised personality able to work with meticulous attention to detail to join our international team** at our headquarters in Leoben, Austria.

You have excellent bilingual language (German/English), computing (MS Office) and administrative skills? You have a ‘can do’ positive and service-oriented attitude; you are flexible and enjoy assisting with additional tasks as required? Then you are the right person to join our international team.

**Your responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative, organisational, and operational support to our team including:

- Day to day assistance to team with all corporate affairs
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Organisation and coordination of domestic and international travel (incl. flight, hotel, car rental bookings, visas) and other related logístical arrangements
- Process (monitor, check, distribute, reply, etc) internal and external correspondence, communications, proposals, presentations, reports and other documents
- Handle incoming calls and other means of communications

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience working in an office environment and performing administrative tasks
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness when dealing with colleagues, clients and associates
- Educational background HAK, HBLA or similar
- Excellent English and German language skills - both verbal and written (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Excellent computer knowledge (e.g. MS-Office) skills
- Reliability, efficient, well organised and a hands-on approach
- Stress resistance, resilience, and ability to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals

While we are legally obliged to state the minimum monthly salary (EUR 2082) according to the collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag), we will of course offer a competitive package based on your education, skills and experience.
