Service Sales Account Manager Austria

**What you will be doing:
- Increase Vertiv’s market share and meet/exceed the budget numbers in terms of Orders, Sales, GM in accordance with the company’s ethics and guidelines
- Actively manage and develop customer relationships to grow and maximize sales potential
- Identify, develop and actively sell Services such as Spare Parts, Repairs and Service Contracts to customers across the country
- Build growth plans for how to strengthen and mature customer relationships
- Represent the company and its corporate values in its relationship with end users, facility management companies, contractors, resellers and suppliers
- Maintain and expand relationships and network with existing Vertiv relationships
- Proactively develop leads, target prospects, key stakeholders and acquire new customers
- Define customer needs that support Vertiv’s vision to drive additional opportunities that support pipeline growth with end users and accounts
- Actively work with service sales support functions and collaborate with key stakeholders such as account managers to share account insights, opportunity identification and sales activities
- Provide, present and maintain thorough reporting on all aspects of service contract and non-contract orders, new business and penetration rate
- Active pipeline management including sales forecast

**What you should bring with you:
- Engineering / technical understanding; preferred degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or business administration
- Account Management, Selling, influencing, negotiating and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work proactively under own initiative, as well as in a team environment
- Self-Starter mentality with the ability to plan, organize and manage time effectively
- Team player with the ability to organize and motivate yourself
- Strong experience in building relationships with customers
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- High level of goal orientation and a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in working in a matrix organization with remote support teams
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skills
- Language skills: English at advanced level, German at native level
- IT literate and advanced MS Office & CRM skills
- Driving License

**Working conditions**:

- Regular travel is required (50%)
- Travel, occasionally requiring overnight stays
