Ihre neuen Herausforderungen, die Sie begeistern:

- Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Leitung von Pilot Plant-Projekten (Upscale aus R&D und Downscale aus Routineproduktion)
- Führung von Mitarbeitern, die im Vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb arbeiten
- Abteilungsübergreifende Koordination im Zuge von Projekten und Routineproduktion
- Schnittstellenabstimmung der Tätigkeiten mit anderen internen Bereichen, speziell auch Koordination innerhalb der Abteilung Purification 1
- Überblick über den Status der laufenden Projekte
- Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung von User Requirements und Spezifikationen
- Mitarbeit in der Erstellung von SOP's für den Bereich Pilot Plant Operations
- Schulung von SOPs und Prozessen
- Prüfung und Freigabe von Spezifikationen, Plänen, SOPs
- Erstellung und Abarbeitung von Changes in Track Wise
- Mitarbeit bei der Ausarbeitung von Risikoanalysen und Analysenmanagement
- Erfüllung der übertragenen Aufgaben unter Einhaltung von GMP- und Hygienerichtlinien und geltenden SOPs
- Fallweise Rufbereitschaft unter der Woche bzw. an Wochenenden

Ihr Profil, das uns überzeugt:

- Abgeschlossene universitäre Ausbildung im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik / Biotechnologie / Chemie oder vergleichbare Studienrichtungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion der Pharma-, Chemie
- oder Lebensmittelindustrie wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit SAP, LIMS bzw Prozessleitsystemen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -koordination
- Teamplayer mit lösungsorientiertem, selbständigen Arbeitsstil
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
- Aufgeschlossen für Veränderungen
- Exaktes Arbeiten entsprechend den Herstellvorschriften bzw. GMP-Richtlinien
