In dieser Rolle sehen wir eine dynamische und kreative Persönlichkeit, die das Sales
- und Marketingteam mit Leidenschaft und Charme leitet. Als Director of Sales & Marketing (m/w/d) sind Sie der Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Positionierung unserer fünf Hotels und zwei Restaurants.
- Leiten Sie unser Team:

- Übernehmen Sie die Leitung des Sales
- und Marketingteams, bestehend aus drei engagierten Mitarbeitenden (VZ/TZ)
- Gemeinsam gestalten Sie die Zukunft der Hotelgruppe mit ihren internationalen Gästen
- Betreuung und Akquisition
- Betreuen Sie bestehenden Geschäfts
- und Kooperationspartner mit Herz und Verstand
- Akquirieren Sie neue Kunden und bauen Sie nachhaltige Beziehungen auf
- Strategische Marketingentwicklung
- Entwickeln Sie eine innovative Marketingstrategie, mit Fokus auf digitales Marketing und F&B-Promotion
- Alle Homepages und Plattformen sind Ihre Spielwiese für kreative Ideen
- Die Bespielung der Social-Media-Kanäle, Konzeption und Durchführung von Social-Media-Kampagnen obliegen ebenso Ihrer Verantwortung
- Sie gestalten und geben diverse in-house Drucksorten und Vorlagen (Digital/Print) mit bzw. frei
- Präsentation und Kommunikation
- Organisieren Sie Kundenevents, Messen und Hausführungen, um die Unternehmensgruppe zu präsentieren
- Eine enge intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung wie auch allen Resident Manager:innen und Abteilungsleiter:innen ist unerlässlich, um die bestmöglichste Vermarktung der Marken zu gewährleisten
- Knüpfen Sie Beziehungen zu Medienvertretern, Journalisten und Influencern
