**In this Senior Associate, Social Media Content role, you will** - Drive content creation efforts for NAB Social Media: you’ll create content and manage projects and colleagues through the entire creative process, from brief to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Strategize, plan, schedule and publish social media content: you’ll work collaboratively with our communications leads, social champs, production team, and others around the business to plan out our social calendar and look for content opportunities. - Monitor and draw insights on content performance in channel: You understand how to determine content and channel success using social media analytics. - Bring creative ideas to the table: tap into current trends and deliver content that is engaging for different audiences, including colleagues and external audiences. **What you’ll bring** - A passion for social media and storytelling, with a good understanding of the social media landscape. You’re an avid user of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - A creative and curious brain, with lots of ideas and the ability to follow through on them. - A background in Marketing, Communications, Content Creation or Social Media is preferred. - Strong organisational skills, which you’ll use to manage our content schedule and plan for key calendar moments. - Several years of experience in a comparable role. - Stakeholder management skills, which you’ll use to work closely with colleagues across the enterprise to identify opportunities for impactful storytelling. - The ability to ideate and produce high performing content. - The ability to build trust and reputation for NAB with key audiences.
