Commercial Account Manager Hitachi

As a Commercial Account Manager at TD SYNNEX Austria GmbH, you will be responsible for managing a defined set of key customers across our entire portfolio, focusing on the largest accounts in the Western-Austria region. Your goal will be to maximize associated lines of revenue, profit, and potential lines of business by developing and maintaining strong face-to-face customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers through regular customer visits
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through excellent customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and execute customer value propositions to drive long-term customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze customer needs and problems to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting and administration within TD SYNNEX systems
- Drive usage of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tool (InTouch) to promote its benefits with customers
- Maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements
- 4-6 years of industry/direct customer experience
- Advanced knowledge of TD SYNNEX's business practices and recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for responsible line of business/technology area(s)
- Outstanding customer relations skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic planning and sales skills
- Able to understand and analyze financial inputs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
