Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Austria GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing face-to-face customer relationships with our largest accounts in the Western-Austria region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and maximize revenue, profit, and potential lines of business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular customer visits and proactive communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue through excellent customer relationships and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Develop and deliver tailored customer value propositions to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and problems, and escalate to relevant business units as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of essential reporting, profiling, and general administration within TD SYNNEX systems.
  • Drive usage of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tool (InTouch) and maintain and improve customer Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of industry/direct customer experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of TD SYNNEX's business practices and recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for responsible line of business/technology area(s).
  • Outstanding customer relations skills and excellent communication skills, particularly face-to-face.
  • Ability to deliver powerful, succinct, and convincing presentations to all levels.
  • Gravitas and business credibility are essential.
  • Excellent sales skills, including negotiation and pursuing results.
  • Strategic planning skills and ability to understand and analyze financial inputs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
