Senior Account Manager

Position Overview

N-able is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Account Manager focused on the France and Benelux regions. This role is pivotal in enhancing the channel ecosystem within the designated territory, achieving financial and operational objectives while ensuring satisfaction among partners and clients. The successful candidate will engage in nurturing existing distribution partnerships, revitalizing dormant connections, and onboarding new partners, all while driving revenue growth through consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage structured partnerships with distribution partners and their clientele, including Managed Service Providers and Resellers.
  • Establish and uphold a reliable pipeline of opportunities, achieving set contract volume and revenue goals for new business.
  • Retain and expand the existing customer base to meet agreed revenue targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership and cross-functional teams to formulate and execute an account acquisition strategy within the territory.
  • Regularly assess the performance of current distributors and relay insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training to sales resources within distribution and participate in client meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure distributor revenue targets are met for both new and existing business across all product lines in the assigned region.
  • Advocate for the company within distribution networks and coordinate customer events alongside distributors for direct engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in French (Native) and Business-level English is essential; knowledge of Dutch or German is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the IT channel, encompassing Vendor, Distribution, Reseller, or Managed Service Provider roles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software sales is beneficial.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven aptitude for prioritizing tasks effectively based on activity demands.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent presentation, mediation, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% of working time.
