At ANDRITZ, we're seeking a talented Plant Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative green hydrogen and renewable fuel solutions. As a key member of our P2X-enterprise, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create 3D plant layouts in collaboration with project teams
  • Review and release designs, ensuring they meet contractual and internal requirements
  • Closely work with colleagues across departments and locations
  • Coordinate deliverables with other relevant disciplines
  • Participate in safety evaluations and installation procedure preparation
  • Develop and optimize new design concepts and integrated solutions
  • Take responsibility for coordinating mechanical engineering tasks within projects
Your Ideal Profile
  • Degree-level qualification in mechanical engineering
  • Minimum three years of experience in plant layout or machine engineering, with a background in the petrochemical industry a plus
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD programs, with Aveva E3D a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO/EN standards, with additional knowledge of US standards a plus
  • Experience in performing acceptance tests and supervising installations during start-up
  • Strong communication, analytical, and planning skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel for 2 days per month on average

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce a minimum gross monthly salary of €78 per month for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
