Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets. You will lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team and be responsible for analyzing local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders internally and externally. You will execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing generalist background with an international mindset and several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment. Fluency in English and German is required, and any additional language, especially an Eastern European language, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales profit and market share targets
  • Lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team
  • Analyze local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Marketing generalist background with an international mindset
  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment

Salary: EUR 90,000,- gross p.a. depending on experience and qualifications
