Job Title: Marketing Lead

Join our client, a global leader in B2C services, as they expand their regional team. We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to drive marketing strategy and implementation in the DACH and EE region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales profit and market share targets.
  • Lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team, providing strategic and operational guidance.
  • Analyze local market activities and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Execute tactical plans, monitor marketing expenditures, and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Manage the marketing budget, oversee promotional activities, and spearhead new marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Marketing generalist with an international mindset and a completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment, preferably in industries such as Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or Nutrition.
  • Experience in an international setting in a group environment, with proven leadership experience and success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing methods, with fluency in English and German, and a preference for additional languages, especially Eastern European languages.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary package of EUR 90,000 gross per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding company.
