The Account Experience Solution at Dynatrace is a dynamic and innovative team that empowers the growth of our subscription-based business. With an ARR exceeding $1.5 billion, we're seeking a seasoned and visionary Product Lead to spearhead the development and execution of our product roadmap.
About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate leader with a strong blend of product and strategy experience to own and continuously develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. If you have a proven track record in defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company, this role is for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to address customer requirements and the dynamic needs of the business.
- Establish yourself as the domain expert across our entire Solution product portfolio and provide guidance and leadership to product managers.
- Regularly engage with senior leadership across core areas like Sales, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing, Alliances, Post-Sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure product strategy meets the business objectives.
You'll Thrive Here If:
- You have 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles within a SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in a Product Lead role, preferably managing teams of 10 or more product managers.
- You have extensive experience in building and managing subscription products at scale in a B2B environment.
