Key ResponsibilitiesSTRATEGIC PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in formulating the IT vision and strategy across Red Bull Teamsports, brand extension, and other subsidiaries. This includes establishing strategic goals and actions, proposing, and actively driving new initiatives. To make informed decisions regarding technology investments and strategies, you will assess business needs, conduct thorough research and analysis, and recommend necessary changes. You will oversee long-term management activities, track and report on the division's IT budget (both central and subsidiary), and serve as the communication lead.
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT
Your responsibilities in quality assurance will involve reporting on key initiatives and strategic roadmap objectives while identifying potential risks. You will monitor and evaluate IT initiatives based on their success metrics (time, budget, value) to ensure compliance with the IT strategy, including IT security for subsidiaries. To facilitate high-quality decision-making, you will define management KPIs, maintain a management dashboard, analyze data, and translate complex issues into actionable insights, ensuring consistent reporting to the CIO and department head. Additionally, you will provide ongoing feedback to other IT departments regarding the quality of IT services rendered.
PROGRAM AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT
As the IT Transformation and Quality Manager, you will also oversee and support IT projects and programs. To guarantee cost-effective delivery of project components, you will manage budgets, schedules, and project efforts efficiently. This includes proper contract management, supporting procurement processes, and leading negotiations. Furthermore, you will cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers, monitoring their service level agreements and contract terms.
PARTNERSHIP AND SPONSORSHIP MANAGEMENT
In the realm of partnership and sponsorship management, you will continuously identify potential partnership and sponsorship opportunities and assess their benefits. You will prepare necessary approval and financing documents and coordinate them with business partners. Additionally, you will engage in or participate in business negotiations, including contract discussions and reviews.
QualificationsA university degree in IT or equivalent IT training is required.
Several years of professional experience (over 5 years) in IT management along with a broad general IT background.
Proven experience in defining and managing IT KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is also required.
Strong capability to develop management concepts and presentations, simplifying complex issues effectively.
A successful track record in advancing IT roadmaps and projects.
Negotiation skills and experience in reviewing contracts and terms, along with an interest in developing and managing partnerships and sponsorships.
Additional InformationDue to legal obligations, we are required to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is significantly above the stated minimum salary.
