About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Member Committee Coordinator to support our Committee & Board Affairs team at the European Society of Radiology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate committee/subcommittee meetings, including preparing agendas, invitations, presentations, and minutes
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including meeting coordination, correspondence, and data maintenance
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date lists and databases
  • Support with scheduling and coordinating of meetings at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR)
  • Prepare materials for presentations at external events, such as PowerPoint slides and factsheets
  • Manage website updates and assist in the preparation of print and online publications
Requirements
  • Completed education at high school level and/or university degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • German and other languages are an asset
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in administration or as a team assistant is an advantage
  • Flexibility and a strong team spirit, with the ability to work independently and offer support to colleagues when needed
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • High level of stress resistance and resilience
  • Willingness to travel

The monthly gross salary for this role is at least €2, times per year, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
