Job Title: Scientific Learning & Training, Senior Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Scientific Learning & Training, Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Trial Learning and Development (CTL&D) organization, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training strategy and design for Johnson & Johnson and investigational site staff participating in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with study teams and therapeutic area partners to discuss scientific concepts and co-create medical communications/educational materials.
  • Design and write educational materials targeted at internal sponsor staff and investigative site staff, using adult learning principles and design/development techniques.
  • Co-develop protocol training and investigational product assets, working closely with the Learning & Instructional Design Manager.
  • Identify and partner with external vendors and developers as needed.
  • Provide consultative guidance and feedback to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through the content development process.
  • Support CTL&D representatives in developing high-quality solutions that can be applied to a wide audience.
  • Review and revise materials to ensure accuracy, engagement, and adherence to medical, legal, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Instructional Design, Training, Instructional Technology, or Education (MA/MS degree or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical/scientific/research and development experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant medical writing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, and leadership skills in time and project/process management.
  • Ability to recognize and interpret statistical and medical information, and to present it in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
