Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion strategies, leveraging their expertise in market analysis, competitor research, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase client acquisition and market penetration;
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to promote Tset's unique selling proposition;
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to determine better performance;
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize lead generation and conversion processes;
  • Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations to build brand awareness;
  • Lead and build up marketing and inside sales teams;
  • Develop growth metrics to measure the effectiveness of the growth strategies.
Requirements
  • University degree in business, technology, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in growth or marketing in a b2b SaaS or top-tier consulting company on a similar role with an affinity towards the manufacturing industry;
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, expanding market presence, and generating leads;
  • Experience in leading and growing teams;
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions;
  • Fluency in English, and German is a plus.

We pay competitive salaries based on talents' skills and experience; legally, we have to disclose the minimum salary, in this case € 61,000 gross per year for the above-mentioned requirements. This salary is based on Austrian standards; salary may differ according to talent's location.
