Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel's rooms, events, conferences, and catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential clients.
• Handle pricing, contracts, and negotiations to close deals that maximize occupancy and revenue.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably with hotel, event, or corporate sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A solid understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• A degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
