Overview

We are strengthening our team with a Project Coordinator in the Iron & Steelmaking, Project Management department. This role is responsible for project execution in the field of Agglomeration and Direct Reduction.

Salary

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement is EUR 50,286.18. Depending on qualifications and experience, this could rise considerably.

Job Description

In this role, you will ensure the timely and effective coordination/management of technical interfaces within large and complex projects. Key tasks include supporting the Project Manager with all technical matters during project execution, elaborating and updating the project schedule, and coordinating project interfaces with engineering departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with all technical matters
  • Elaborate and update the project schedule
  • Coordinate project interfaces with engineering departments
  • Organize and prepare the submission of engineering results and project documentation to the customer
  • Participate in engineering review and customer approval meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a secondary school degree with a technical or engineering focus, at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar function, and advanced knowledge of engineering and business unit-related technology. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge in project management methods and tools, contract law, and regulations for project business.
